MIYAZAKI INTERNATIONAL
CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP

Miyazaki: We all work or study in the Miyazaki vicinity. MICF started in 1993 as a small group of international students meeting at Miyazaki University. The group has grown to include students and faculty from other colleges in the area, housewives, and working people.

International: We have come from many countries around the world--people have joined us from Australia, Canada, China, Ghana, Great Britain, India, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, USA, and Vietnam. At our weekly meetings we communicate both in Japanese and English. Bibles and study materials are also available in other languages.

Christian: The purpose of our meetings is to exalt the Lord Jesus Christ in our worship, Bible study and prayer. We are non-denominational, and many of our members worship at their own churches on Sunday mornings.

Fellowship: We try to support each other, encourage each other, pray for each other, know each other and love each other. This means we meet regularly not only to sing, study, and pray--but also to eat together, talk together, and have fun together.
